Service Description
A pole splits workshop by Amie In this workshop you will learn new ways to add splits to your flow. In this workshop we will work on splits tricks on the pole and tricks & spins into splits on the floor. You don’t have to have flat splits, most will be achieved by good angles and illusions. There will be variations suitable for most levels but you will need to be confident in a seat and with spins (so not absolute beginner).
