Service Description

This is a private session of your choice. Having the extra time is great if you would like to push yourself a little harder or only have time to come once a week.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise payment will be lost (please note that any transaction fees incurred by ourselves will be deducted from your refund). These activities can be high risk so are undertaken at your own risk. A consent form will need to be signed prior to undertaking any of these activities.
