Service Description

This is a one hour session for beginners and intermediates that have only just started inverting and progressing. If you would like a more advanced class then please book onto our pole fitness classes that are mixed ability and you have your own pole. The session focuses on building strength and technique for you to be able to pull off the basic moves. You share two to a pole so it is not as full on as our normal classes, so perfect if you are worried about not being strong enough. There is only six to a class, so a small and friendly atmosphere. Every one is welcome. This is a pay as you go class but if you enjoy the class and would like to reserve a permanent spot, then ask your instructor about the pay monthly option. Over 18s only.

To cancel or re-schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise payment will be lost (please note that any transaction fees incurred by ourselves will be deducted from your refund). These activities can be high risk so are undertaken at your own risk. A consent form will need to be signed prior to undertaking any of these activities.
