Service Description

This is a 1 hour pole fitness session. The class is designed to get you fit and strong so you are able to pull off the moves. Each class will be designed to your level. These are small classes of three so you each get your own pole. Pole fitness is a great way to help improve confidence and well-being as well as fitness. There is always a new challenge to keep you interested. We use combinations of moves to help improve endurance and strength.

To cancel or re-schedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise payment will be lost (please note that any transaction fees incurred by ourselves will be deducted from your refund). These activities can be high risk so are undertaken at your own risk. A consent form will need to be signed prior to undertaking any of these activities.
