Hi everyone i hope you are enjoying the sunshine.
I will be closed for bank holiday weekend from Friday 23rd to the 25th. I will be open as normal on the monday 26th.
The social is up for booking on Saturday 31st August.
Wednesday mornings at 9.30am is now pole fitness mixed ability.
In September the timetable will have more classes and privates available.
If the class you want is full please put your name on the waiting list and I will do my best to add another class.
I will put on another moon and pole strap workshop is there is any interest so please let me know if you are interested.
Pole strap is also available as a private lesson.
