I have added some extra classes over the Christmas break so you dont miss out.


Friday 27th December

9.30am mixed ability pole fitness.

12.45am mixed ability aerial hoop.

Private sessions all day.


Monday 30th December

9.30am mixed ability aerial hoop.

10.45am mixed ability pole fitness

Private sessions.


All normal classes will be on on those days too.

You can book on now.
