Hi everyone

As it is spooky season again soon. Please feel free to come dressed up to class if you would like and take some fun pictures.

There is no beginners pole on Friday 3rd October so you are more than welcome to any mixed ability pole class instead.

There is an aerial moon workshop on Sunday 26th October if you would like to come and learn some moves. You can book on now via the workshop link on the booking page.

Laura will also be taking a hallowen themed pole routine again this year so you are also able to book onto that too. These will be held on Sunday 19th October 10am and Friday 24th 7.10pm .

I am away from the 27th to the 31st so there will be a reduced timetable as Laura and Marina will be covering me while i am away.
